Standalone Sameplace 0.9.3

I build a standalone version (ie: a completely independent) of the sameplace extension.

Download the Windows version
Download the Linux version

At the moment, only linux and windows version are available.

To do:

• Localize the application
• Built a macOS version
• Improve developperisation
• A patch to have a better ergonomics and a more pratical use
• Fix the bug that creates conflict between the extension and the standalone version
• By default a more larger window

Developpers can install this extension, it adds the official DOM inspector and javascript debugger.
